China Visa Documents Requirements
Please read the visa requirements carefully and follow the exact requirements to ensure all necessary documents are submitted correctly. Adhering to these guidelines will help avoid any delays in the processing of your visa application.

Valid Passport and previous passports if available. Note that the valid passport must have at least six months validity before its expiration date and must have the owner's signature on the first and second biopages. If you don't have old passports or have lost them, ensure you state this in the the application form.

The application form must be completed digitally in uppercase letters (handwritten forms are not accepted). For minors, must have signatures of parents or legal guardian.

Two recent Colored Photos Sized 48mmx33mm:

Facial Expression: Must not be smiling, showing teeth, or any exaggerated facial expressions.

Background: White background is required.

Clothing: Should contrast with the white background.

Quality: The photo should be polarized printed at the photo company.

Hair: If the person has long hair, it should be pulled back behind the ears.

Accessories: No accessories should be worn in the photo.

Requirements: The photo must meet the requirements for both hard copy and soft copy submissions.

Applicants need to provide their travel itinerary, flight reservations or tickets, and hotel reservations.

If invited by someone in China, an Invitation Letter is required, including:

Applicant’s Information: Full name, gender, date of birth, and relationship with the inviter.

Travel Information: Purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates, places to visit, and source of funds.

Inviter’s Information: Full name (if individual) or company name (if organization), address, contact numbers, official stamp, and signature.

Format: Can be a computer printout or photocopy; keep the original handy in case it is requested.

Photocopy of the inviter’s Chinese ID or passport with Chinese residence permit.

Proof of relationship (e.g., birth certificates, marriage certificate, certificate of kinship issued by the Chinese Public Security Bureau or notarized certification of kinship).

If Applying for the First Time

Financial and Employment Status Proof:

Bank Certificate: With bank statement for the past 6 months and official receipt (minimum balance suggestions: P70,000 to P100,000).

Income Tax Return (ITR): BIR-stamped.

If Employed: Certificate of Employment (indicating salary and duration with the company); optionally, a copy of your company ID.

If Self-Employed: Business Registration Certificate; additional documents like BIR, SEC permits.

If Professional: PRC ID.

If Student: Current school ID.

Other Relevant Documents: Any documents providing more information about your travel purpose, finances, or occupation.

Old passports containing the old Chinese visas.
