KOREA Visa Documents Requirements

 

​Please read the visa requirements carefully and follow the exact requirements to ensure all necessary documents are submitted correctly. Adhering to these guidelines will help avoid any delays in the processing of your visa application.
 
Essential Documents Needed
  • Valid Passport and previous passports if available. Note that the valid passport must have at least six months validity before its expiration date and must have the owner's signature on the first and second biopages.
  • Photocopy of the first page of the Passport (ID page) and any VISA or Arrival Stamps from OECD countries within the last 5 years.
  • One Passport Sized Photo
    • Facial Expression: Must not be smiling, showing teeth, or any exaggerated facial expressions.
    • Background: White background is required.
    • Clothing: Should contrast with the white background.
    • Quality: The photo should be polarized printed at the photo company.
    • Hair: If the person has long hair, it should be pulled back behind the ears.
    • Accessories: No accessories should be worn in the photo.
    • Requirements: The photo must meet the requirements for both hard copy and soft copy submissions.
Additional Requirements Based on Visa Category (C-3) for Tourists: 
 
Single Entry Employee:
  • Original Employment Certificate (including valid contact details of the company, duration of employment, position, and salary).
  • Photocopy of Company Identification Card.
  • Original Personal Bank Certificate & Bank Statement covering the last 6 months.
  • Photocopy of Individual Income Tax Return (ITR) or Form 2316 from the previous year.
     
Businessman:
  • Photocopy of valid Business Registration (DTI or SEC – first page and pages indicating incorporators' names and shares).
  • Photocopy of valid Mayor’s or Business Permit.
  • Original Personal Bank Certificate & Bank Statement for the last 6 months.
  • Photocopy of Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) or Form 2316 from the previous year.
     
Housewife:
  • Photocopy of PSA(NSO) Marriage Certificate.
  • Original Personal Bank Certificate & Bank Statement for the past 6 months.
  • Photocopy of All Documents Based on Visa Category of the legal spouse.
  • If not traveling with spouse, an Original Notarized Affidavit of Support from the spouse is required.
     
Student/Child:
  • Original School Certificate (including valid contact details of the school).
  • Photocopy of School Identification Card.
  • Photocopy of PSA(NSO) Birth Certificate.
  • Photocopy of All Documents Based on Visa Category of the parents.
  • If not traveling with both parents, an Original Notarized Affidavit of Support and Consent from the parents or guardian is required.
  • Minors below 18 years old traveling without parent/s should obtain Travel Clearance from DSWD.
     
Retiree/Senior Citizen (55 years old and above):
  • Original Certificate of Retirement or Photocopy of Senior Citizen Identification Card.
  • Original Bank Certificate & Bank Statement for the last 6 months.
  • Other Proof of Funds such as land titles, Vehicle registration, Pension Certificate, Country Club or Golf Club membership, Stocks.
     
Incentive Tours Supported by a Company:
  • Personal Documents of the applicant as applicable (e.g., Employee or Businessman).
  • Original Guarantee Letter from the employer/sponsor (for companies listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange Market).
  • Original Company Bank Certificate.
