HUNGARY Visa Document Requirements

 

​Please read the visa requirements carefully and follow the exact requirements to ensure all necessary documents are submitted correctly. Adhering to these guidelines will help avoid any delays in the processing of your visa application.

• Application form (Application for minors have to be signed by their legal guardian)
• Two recent Colored Photos Passport Sized 
  • Facial Expression: Must not be smiling, showing teeth, or any exaggerated facial expressions.
  • Background: White background is required.
  • Clothing: Should contrast with the white background.
  • Quality: The photo should be polarized printed at the photo company.
  • Hair: If the person has long hair, it should be pulled back behind the ears.
  • Accessories: No accessories should be worn in the photo.
  • Composition: The photo should capture the individual from the upper breast area to the upper part of the head, ensuring that the shoulders are fully visible and not cut off.
  • Requirements: The photo must meet the requirements for both hard copy and soft copy submissions.​
• Valid Passport and previous passports if available.
  • Note that the valid passport must have at least six months validity before its expiration date and must have the owner's signature on the first and second biopages.
  • Passport copy; first page (passport bio-page) and old visas. 
  • For minors: passport copy of the legal guardian
• Detailed Itinerary for the entire stay in Schengen area. 
  • (indicating days and dates of stay in each country)
  • Travel Insurance valid to all Schengen area( minimum coverage is EU 30,000)

Proof of Financial means

• Bank Certificate (Original) and 6 Months Bank Statements
• Personal bank statements (6 months Credit card statements)
• If company sponsored attached the 6 months bank statement and Bank Certificate

Proof of Occupation

• If employed:
  • Cerificate of Employment (Position,salary and years/ months of tenureship)
  • Leave of Absence
  • Latest Income Tax Return
• If Self Employed:
  • DTI/ SEC registration of the business
  • Business Financial Statements
  • Income Tax Return
  • Photos of the business establishment
  • Google map location. Street view
• If Student:
  • Proof of enrollment
  • Certificate of leave of absences from the school
• For Depends spouse and children
  • Marriage Certificate (PSA copy)
  • Birth Certificate (PSA copy)
  • Affidavit of support and Bank statement of the sponspor

For minors (below 18 years old)

• Affidavit of support of both parents ( if the applicant will not travel with parents)
• Copies of passport of the parents or the legal guardian
• Birth Certificate (PSA copy)
• Proof of Guardianship
• Depart of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) clearance

For Non Filipino applicants

• Copy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
• Valid Alien Registration Card (copy)
• Proof of return
  • Proof of economic ties
  • Proof of family ties
